We strive to strike a balance between providing quality accommodations to tourists and meet the City of Niagara Falls’ standards for permitted vacation rentals within historic residential neighborhoods.
• Check-in at or after 4 pm. Our cleaners need all the time to provide each group of guests with clean and sanitized place - no early check-ins. You must be 25 years of age to rent. Booker’s ID must be shown upon arrival. City of Niagara Falls requires Guests Register (names, ages all guests on the Property) that must be keep. Our Short-Term Rental Insurance prohibits unauthorized guests at any time. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction with no refund for unused nights.
• Check-out is before or at 10 am. No exceptions. Our cleaning services are prescheduled - no late check-outs unless scheduled in advance. We do not provide any storage to keep guests luggage after check-out.
• We do not accept 1-night rentals on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in this property. Cleaning fee $250 will apply.
• NO PETS as we are sensitive to those gests having allergies. $500 penalty for bringing pet.
• PARTIES OR EVENTS are PROHIBITED. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

• NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in this property; cleaning fee $250 will apply.
• NO unauthorized guests on the property at any time. Penalty $100 per person per day or bookings cancelation with no refund will apply.
• Keep windows closed while AC or Heat is ON
• NO PETS allowed. $500 fine for bringing pet.
• Maintain good level of cleanliness.
• LIMIT NOISE. Please consider our neighbors and surrounding, keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 AM
AVOID damage. Please treat our belongings appropriately. We will charge for damage caused by you (be aware: bedding and linens soiled with food, drinks, body fluids, dry blood, make up will be considerate as damage to the property)
